I went to TJ Maxx last night.
Whether or not I’m buying, I always get a basket when I go shopping, just to add to the experience. Then, my next little trick is to put everything that I’m considering in the basket.
I walk around the store browsing, and thinking, until I’ve narrowed down my selection. Sometimes, putting everything back on the shelves or racks, whichever the case may be.
Nine times out of ten, home accessories win out over clothes. But last night, I felt like putting myself first.
And I did.
I bought a basic black and white striped shirt and a yellow short sleeve pull-over sweater.
I almost didn’t get either, but I’m glad I did. With just those 2 shirts, I’ve expanded my wardrobe by several outfits.
With the exception of the two shirts, everything you see featured is something just like, or similar to what I already had in my closet, even the accessories.
I knew that both of those tops would be good investments because not only do they multiply my wardrobe, but they can easily transition into the Fall.
By following a few simple guidelines, anyone can have a fashionable wardrobe.
